Our Free Intro Session
This INTRO session is where you'll get a chance to learn more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit Sierra coaching and training session for yourself. Its purpose is to serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. Everybody starts somewhere. We very much want you to experience the quality of the program and coaching before you make the decision to join us. Check our schedule for a Free Intro that meets your schedule and sign-up (required). Please keep in mind that Saturday mornings are typically the best time for an Intro. Fun and get your weekend started right!
Already a CrossFitter?
If you've been training CrossFit for a while either alone or at another Affiliate, we offer a 'test-out' option. This will allow you attend all training sessions on the schedule. You can contact us and we'll schedule a time for you to come demonstrate your competency with one of our coaches. You'll be asked to demonstrate a variety movements from basic bodyweight calisthenics, Olympic lifts and their different progressions, basic barbell technique, deadlift mechanics, and moving your body with competency. If you can do this then you should be fine.
